Return Policy

At Kalos92, we take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be unopened

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery day

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
